Just got a 12TB hard drive, more than enough to back up some VMs I have on a couple of datastores.
Wrote a script to copy the VMs from an ESXi host, I just tried and the disk seemed to disconnect.
Looks like this disk does not like fuser based file systems. Looks like I will have to format ext4.
Would be interesting to see how long it takes.
First need to reboot because the system got all hung up.
