No Push No Progress

I got a chance to hit the gym today, I did chest exercises and felt pretty happy with my progress.

I was able to bench 185, not great, but not far from where I was.  Anyway, this week seems to be an evaluation week, to see what needs to improve.  Looks like my chest workout is OK for now.

On a side note, I wrote my first Android application.  It ran in an emulator as well as my cheapo tablet.

My weight is of mild concern.  I want to be under 250 by end of month.  Let’s see if I can pull that off.
