Getting Ready for Warrior Dash

Tomorrow is another run, I rested the whole week and I really think that stretch, icing the night before and heating before the race will help me get through it.

Right now I am concerned with finishing more than a good time.

After I post this blog I will do a few push ups and sit ups and ice my leg one last time.

It feels fine, my plantar fasciitis seems more painful at the moment and that has not stopped me.
