I worked for hours cleaning and redoing cables in my setup.
Instead of 3 across monitors and an extra monitor, I am doing 4,4 with the 4th being a vesa mountable monitor that connects from the KVM.
So the 4th monitor is actually my elgato display.
I have a real TV connected as well, hope to have the cables by Wednesday.
Weight finally dropped below 350, need to keep it going for two more days.
