I needed a good workout

(Late post but with good reason)

It has been a while since I had a good workout.  Today I pushed it a bit and got a good workout.  I actually got up to 6MPH on the treadmill, but I was still scared to push it for fear of reinjuring my calf.

I will not make the same mistake by pushing it too hard too quickly.  I am going to ease into my training even though I feel I can go harder.

I do feel bloated, I need to watch more what I eat.

Overall, mentally it sure did help.
