So sore today, just did the fitbit goals today of 10k steps and 10 floors.
I thought I was gonna be OK, I got through 6500 steps and was feeling good.
Then I went to do an errand, and got home at 8000 steps, not much more eh. Boy that last 2k was hard. Maybe I was just tired and it all caught up to me.
All I can say is that since I started this Zepbound journey 2 weeks ago I lost only 5lbs.
That is not much, consider this, this morning I weighed in at 346.6, the walk had me lost over 1.5 lbs.
Granted could be water, but I thought I would at least crack 345 today. Oh so close though, maybe tomorrow.
