Taking A Step Back

Sort of

I am going to bed early today, it is my hope that the rest will recharge me and allow me to achieve my goals.

I do feel beat, but I did have a most excellent workout.  Actually burned over 500 calories on the treadmill before I hit the weights.  I seem to be able to bench more, I had someone spot me but I forgot to push it.

I did some sit ups and started cramping up, I am wondering if I am taking in enough water.

This weigh in was at night but at least it is going down.
