It has been a while since I worked out this hard, but I am so tired right now.
I had a long day for what is normally a day off. Woke up late, but did my normal Friday stuff, then ran some errands with the wife.
But at 3 or 4PM we started cleaning the cars, was not done till 6PM and I had to jet over to the gym.
Did a decent workout on the treadmill, got my BPM to 155.
Then afterwards I went and got my steps.
I am so tired right now, got a shower and dinner, can go to bed early.
