Lukewarm Workout

The Good: Ran 5 miles, felt really good, I think my pace was decent, and a big one is I did not stop except to allow a truck out of the Albertsons parking lot.

The Bad: Time wasn’t that great, was certainly better then last week but because I did not stop, I expected a better time.

The Ugly: My weight, not sure why it is still above 260 even after running over 5 miles.

I think the scale is broken or needs new batteries.

Anyway I did run a four plus and a 1 lap also walked 1 lap.

Time: 47:26:78

Weight: 260.8
