Need A Workout Break

I feel like I cannot push anymore in my workouts. Not sure how to explain. I feel like my legs hurt too much, like a person that has walked miles and just needs to sit down for a break.

At least my workouts are done, have to head into the office at 10PM so want to post now.

I should be home around 1AM.

Long day indeed.
