I little sad because my 1L M900 had a hard disk that was not up to the task. Yesterday I purchased a Dell Optiplex 5050 and moved the nvme disk in to it jerry rigged the 2.5″ disk in there waiting for a 6TB NAS disk to come in, because a 3.5″ disk will fit.
I didn’t need it, but just preparing, I got a 10GB NIC and an HBA in it as well.
It is not as cheap as it looks, increasing the RAM cost me another $60 just to 16GB. And the 6TB NAS Disk was another $220.
Hoping the new system will be more stable.
Weight shot up, cause I ate at the Casino last night. Feeling heaving, got 2 more days to get it back under 320, not a good end to May.
