Looking forward to tomorrow’s run

Cause its a rest day, with just a simple 1 mile run 1 mile walk.

I do feel pretty good from today’s workout.  Burned over 1000 calories in the gym.

I hope to burn 1000 calories Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.  Another 1500 Sat and find another 500 calories the other days.  That plus maintaining a 2k diet will get me to 250 by race day.

If I keep this up I should be ready for the 1/2 marathon in 5 weeks.

Still nervous though.
