Slowing Down

Today I went out and benched 225 8 times, the goal this year is 10 times.  I am close, so I can’t give up.

Afterwards though I did focus on cardio and burned 350 calories on the elliptical.

Then I jumped on the treadmill where I ran for a few minutes before I felt the familiar, but faint pain of a pulled calf.  Luckily I stopped and when I restarted it, toned down to 5.3 MPH which was more reasonable.

I got through my workout and totaled nearly 1100 calories.  Not quite but really close.

Called it a day after that.
