Other Half Of Fitness Equation

Nutrition is the other side of the fitness equation.

Counting calories is part of it, but eating right is also needed as well.

Today I missed breakfast, by the time I worked out, I was really weak, noxplode could not help as well.

I pushed it hard on the treadmill and it really took its tool.  Could not finish my workout.

So lesson is learned.  Need to eat right not just reduce caloric intake.
