Happy Father’s Day 2012

Last day of Slack, I wanted to enjoy this one.

It’s father’s day and also had a party to go to.  Ate well, also just doing pushups and situps.

Got some badly needed sleep as well.

But race week starts, time to mentally prepare, of course not much you can do to physically prepare  for a half marathon in a single week, so whatever shape I am in, is what I will run in.
