In ths blog, RnR usually means Rock and Roll Marathon, but RnR in the military usually means rest and relaxation.
Today was it, I slept, slept a lot, and slept deep.
It was badly needed, and most of all, no drugs were used, I was able to sleep on my own.
Legs are still sore, abdomen still sore, but spirit is good.
Just gonna hit some pushups and situps.
