One of the reasons why I got a personal trainer was to learn new things and today was one of those days.
She did some boxing routines which was actually draining, I knew hitting caused a lot of exhaustion, but quite different to go through and feel it.
The interesting thing is that I took some No-Explode before the workout, so I was certainly in the mood to punch. All in all it was an awesome experience, I would like to do it again but next time I would like to be in shape for it.
