Making Up My Workout

So another cool thing about the jogging app I installed on my android is that it can upload results their web site.   Makes it easier for my to track my workouts.

Also found a cool way to make up the burn calories in the gym, I can workout and if I don’t hit my calorie burn goal, I can make it up by walking until my phone registers the needed calories.

For example, for the next few weeks I want to get my burn count to 500.  I was on the treadmill for 300 calories today, I went walking with the jogging app and when I hit 200 calories, I was done.

Incidentally, it takes about 2 miles of walking to burn 200 calories, but I think I was burning it because I was calculating solely on how much my body weighs, I didn’t account for the 10 to 20 more pounds of stuff in my back pack.

Speaking of weight.
