Woke Up Early, Am beat

Woke up before 6AM this morning to catch the bus to work.

Unfortunately, I still missed the bus, so I tried to speed walk it down the hill to a place I can catch the 2nd bus I ride.

It was a 1.5 mile fast hike and according to my Android app, I burned 148 calories.  So the good news is I could shorten my gym workout.

When I got into the gym I burned nearly 400 more calories, I knew I made my goal of 500 calories for the day.

After work I got home had a quick dinner and passed out, so tired, for a couple of hours.  Barely woke up in time to post on the blog.
