Linux Clustering

Finally I grasp the details of clustering on Linux (for High Availability not High Performance).

Last night I cranked through it and was able to figure out how to get HA working on CentOS 6.2 using corosync, and today I figured out how to do it on CentOS 5.8 with hearbeat.

I feel more than a bit relieved.  I got this thing done.

I will probably spend the next few days documenting it as a story on this web site.

Good stuff.

Anyway, ran on the treadmill today, I pushed good in the end.

Time: 502Cal 2.2Miles

For 9 laps, not as good as yesterday, but showed some push towards the end to make it past 500 calories.
