Weird Schedule Day

I woke up at 4AM and went off to work, started at about 5 to 12:30, then went home, was pretty tired, just passed out after lunch.

I had a late workout so now I am up again.  Hope my body slows down so I can go to bed.

But i got done with a treadmill 30 at about 11PM

Time: 513 Calories 2.3 Miles

Weight looks decent too, slowly going down.  But my mom, who just got in today told me I look fat.

Ouch.

Weight:  281.0
