Not Bad For A Rest Day

Kind of late workout today, I just got done, a little past 11PM.  Hope my metabolism can slow down and put me to sleep.

Still ran a Treadmill 30, hanging in there pretty good at more than 4MPH.

Time: 508 Calories 2.3 Miles

Feel like I am getting back into the groove.  Feeling good.

Anyway, this weekend I will do a long run, but next weekend will take it easy.
