Good News

Headache gone, got some decent sleep and I think that did the trick.

Bad News

Schedule is not getting easier this week.  Have to wait till the weekend and hold out for sleep.

Good News

Awesome workout today.  Had a good run on the treadmill in the gym, still can bench the entire stack of weights on press machine.

Bad news

Heavy… and I feel it too, not just a passing thing, this weight I got on now is real
