Today the whole Century Link went down.
Such a pain in the butt, I did get a new DSL router up and going last night but the trouble I think was the actual link.
Not sure if Century Link did something after I called it in, but it is functioning somewhat.
I will continue to monitor this, it is a weird situation.
I did run on the treadmill for 20 minutes today, so I have progress.
Initially trying to work out 3 or 4 days a week. So I met week 1 goal.
Of course the days I do not do a normal workout I will just to pushups and situps.
