I was finally able to write to the non volatile memory of an ESP8266.
It seemed pretty easy. I got a data structure to save my network settings. That little dev platform I have is pretty sweet. It made things work pretty easy.
Went up cruising maybe for the last time this year with the family. My son leaves for the Philippines during the week.
Got his phone unlocked, and now getting together all the stuff he needs.
