Our house needed it bad, paint, new flooring, camera system, roof cleaning.
It is all coming together albeit slowly.
Kitchen floor is torn part a bit, I am hopeful it will be done this weekend.
Next weekend I foresee more painting.
All these are minor, sub $500 improvements and it is starting to look good. If the kitchen floor goes well, dare I say we do the rest of the top floor.
I am hoping by Thanksgiving this will be a home we are not ashamed of, and in two years a home we are proud of.
