Here are some pictures of the CentOS rig running the hauppage cards.
I have two cards connected via splitter.
The bottom connector is for the FM radio.
The cards are Hauppage HVR 2250 that have 2 recording channels each, so with this setup I can record 4 channels at the same time.
They come pretty clear on this small 1 foot wide antenna from the basement of my house
That tiny antenna got 39 solid channels.
Unfortunately the files it creates are about 6GB for an hour and took nearly 4 hours to transcode down to a 500MB file..
The passmark on this rig is about 1000
On my fast rig, it took about 15 minutes, but created a 3GB file. and the passmark is 10000.
Will try a faster CPU.
