Mostly Feeling Good

I don’t feel sick, my gout is gone, and my legs feel strong.  Also I have been making decent times in my run.  I still have a problem with my breathing though, as I run, my chest feel like it can’t inhale as much air as I need.

Also, when I was running I felt a discomfort in my plantar foot.

You wouldn’t know it by my time though, ran a two lap this morning

As usual my first lap was the slow one, I looked at my watch as I finished the first lap and it was almost exactly 13 minutes(maybe a second longer), meaning my second lap was under 12 minutes.  Still my record is 22:42.44, which means a got a ways to go.

Back to two a days, I hit the gym this evening, was a good workout as well.  Benched two 45lb plates per side.

This is my official weight, I behind but at least I have a good chance of being in the 230’s for the 1/2 marathon.
