Slowly getting faster

Interesting phrase, is that an oxymoron?

Anyway, ran a Two Lap, when I started I had doubts I got beat my last time, but I think today proves I am getting faster

Time: 24:31.79

Worked the gym in the evening too, it was a surprisingly fast workout, I felt like I was missing something, but I covered everything.  Maybe that is a sign of things getting easier.

My weight surprised me, but I suspect it is mostly water I lost, so I will spend some time rehydrating.
