Kind of surprised when I got an email from Amazon that my new Dewalt Drill set was available for pickup.
There was a cheaper $149 MAX version but I got the highly rated MAX XR version of the drill and it is supposed to last longer on a charge.
The drill is a DCD791 20V Max Xr Lithium Ion Compact Brushless 1/2″ Drill/Driver and the impact driver is a DCF887 20V Max Xr Lithium Ion Brushless 1/4″ Impact Driver. Combined these are perfect for the deck to make a pilot hole and to get the deck screw in.
