Picked up a new pair of shoes, went for a the Brooks Beast model because it is supposed to offer the same support as the Saucony Hurricanes.
Pretty comfy, going to give it a go tomorrow.
Worked out with PT today, arches still hurt, hopefully this resolves that problem.
