Need To Chill out

Been really pushing myself on the walks, been impacting my recovery. Went crazy today, 4 miles in one shot, then when got home wife convinced me to push harder to crack 20000 again.

After my crazy walk I was 316 lbs

So the numbers are interesting, If I go 17500 steps tomorrow, all I need for the rest of the month is 15000 per day steps. That will guarantee my 1/2 million steps.

Schedule is impacted with all the walking though, have not done much of other things.

More Than Two Thirds Gone

Time is ticking for this month, I am pretty sure I will reach 500,000 steps. Just need to do a minimum of 16000 a day and I will reach it by end of 30 day month. If I do the minimum 15000, I will reach it no matter.

Next month I will drop back down to 12000 steps, I have proven myself. Need some time back.

That Wasn’t So Bad

Late post, kinda slow.

Rocked another day with 25000 steps, by my calculation all I have to do is 16558 steps a day and I should make it to August 30th for 1/2 million.

It wasn’t too bad, got to minimum goal before noon, and had time in afternoon to push to 25000 steps.

Saved a little girl today, looks like she got out of here yard and was alone on the street. Her mama was calling her, I reunited them. She was so cute reaching out to me for help.

What A Day

Spent the day trying to get to 18000 steps, I hit over 20000 as of this post

I am so tired, need a break.

A large chunk of my steps today was in the parkrun 5k, my watch said

500000 Steps in August

Did some quick math to see if I can get to half a million steps in august.

As of this post I am sitting at 305238 steps, so I will need 16231 steps if I am counting August as 31 days, but if I get the standard 30 days in a month, I am looking at 17706 steps.

The 16231 is doable, but the 17706 seems like a stretch.

Will see if I can do it.

Day was crazy, supposed to hit gym, but too busy at work.

Muggy Weather

It is horrible weather, it has been a struggle to do my walks.

Was able to get 17000 steps today though, but even at 10:30PM my body seems to be sweating a lot.

Wonder what my weight will be tomorrow morning.

OpenLDAP in my Homeserver

Looking and researching how to install openldap on Rocky Linux 9, haven’t done it before, looks like there are some differences.

Hope I can figure it out and add it to my homeserver project.

Making Weight

Another close one, got under 320 again resetting the clock.

May seem like cheating but it is not, I am still weighing in before noon, wearing same clothes.

What is happening is I am able to work out enough to bring my weight down.

So far have been lucky, but I wonder what else it would take.

Salty Foods

During my workout today, my PT told me that salty food is what is causing me to gain weight.

It does mesh up with me food timeline.

At some pho on Saturday and my weight was 324 on Sunday, today it did go down.

Wearing Down Even Relax Day

Today and yesterday were kind of rest days, but I am so worn down right now.

Was able to complete my fitbit goals though. It is getting darker earlier, not too early yet, but I certainly can feel it.

The week looks scary and tiring.
