That time of year Both daughters fighting for a spot in districts and son is doing his track stuff. Was pretty busy today, seems like the school schedules all these things at the same time.

Went to doctor today, surprised at what she said, I was OK health wise other than weight. So need to lose weight, looking at my options. Give it another 2 months  

Still tired even after a decent sleep today. Maybe it was not long enough, maybe something else is going on, but I feel beat. Maybe another good night of sleep will do it.
