Best Cedar River To Date
Wife and I did two mile cedar river, nothing official, but I think I did it under 43 minutes. Wife pushed me, which is good. Afterwards I weighed in at 278.0 But that is not official Weight: 279.4

Smoke is in the Air
Looks like fog, but it is smoke. Did a lap around Renton Tech, it got dark and felt darker due to the smoke. It is bad, but not as bad as the heavy pollen. Weight: 280.2
