I consider my network and passwords relatively secure, it has its vulnerabilities and there is a balance between ease of use and security.
Lastpass which I mentioned a few blog posts ago made it painfully obvious that cloud is not trustworthy. So I figured out a way to use keypass, webdav and secure login.
So it was painful to here from my neighbor when she was seeking for help regarding her apple account. I don’t think she maintained backups. Feel bad for her but nothing I can do.
On a related note, I been securing our passwords.
On the technical side, I got the new bench station working. Trying to get a video card that is supported.
Got the end of year stuff done too. Still a bit more to go.
