Not Losing Weight

Today I did 15k steps and 9k of it was before weigh in.

I am not sure why.

The good news is sunlight is out longer, so it will get easier to walk and burn off energy.

Today sunset was at 5:58 I think we will gain a few minutes each week, and by next week when we hit daylight savings, sunset will be at 7PM.
