Back to the Gym

Haven’t been in the gym for a month, I need to get back in to it. I finally went in today and it felt good, did an easy 30 minute workout at 2.8MPH. More than where I was months ago, but I wish I could go more.

There was a disturbing message from my OT (Occupational Therapist). He saw my desk set up and my chair is a problem.

The height of the desk is OK, but my back support on the chair is bad. Also I need to elevate my monitors.

Looks like I am buying more stuff and redoing my desk.
