After working out all these months, I notice weight is an OK indicator for size.
I think a better indicator is waist size. I notice I don’t tuck my shirt in much anymore, I need to get back to the size where I can tuck shirt in and look good.
That will be one of my goals. Also I would like to fit a 38 jeans lose or a 36 jeans snug.
