I figured out what I had to do, basically a jar file can be opened up with a zip utility.
Look for META-INF/MANIFEST.MF and add
Permissions: all-permissions
Codebase: https://zm.example.local/
And it zip it back up in to the jar.
Ran 1/2 a lap and walked the rest, I am really out of shape.
