New laptop has fast boot in the BIOS, but I don’t like Windows 8 which is what it came with.
I loaded up Windows 7 and the fast boot option along with UEFI had to be turned off.
Now it boot normally, still fast at 45 seconds but could be faster.
Just doing pushups and situps.
