Rough Night

Feel much much better than yesterday, but I still feeling under the weather.

I think what helped was the Canadian 2-2-2 (Tylenol w/ Codeine) It helped me get through the pretty severe aches and pains.

Gonna throttle down a bit and chill, barely did my pushups and situps yesterday, I should get it in today though.
