Legs Sore, So Its All Good

Back on the treadmill today.

Burned 356 calories but what was good was going 4.5MPH for 10 minutes.  Moving up, I supposed to only do 8 minutes but I will take the 10.

Hope to be back to 1 mile by end of month, not sure if I can make it to 30 minutes but would keep trying.
