VLC and Leonardo

Wanted to do this project for a while now, finally got time to try it, plus I wanted to get away from Linux for a few days.

This device takes IR signals from the remote and translates them to keystrokes.

In my case, I had it translate to the commands to control VLC.

Forgot to mention, yesterday I walked this route I have where I work, lets call it the full concourse walk, it took me 48:46

But today I ran a 4 plus, fastest time this year, honestly though I could not get it under 1:15, I was surprised to get it under 1:10
