I wanted to try something different today and since to day is casual Friday I tried wearing suspenders instead of a belt. Wow was it comfortable.
Walking around and being able to bend over, and when I sat there was no belt of buckle to pinch.
Unfortunately, I forgot my shorts, and working out in the gym with jeans and suspenders was tough.
Foot also still hurts, I do not think it is gout, I think it is an injury. I will probably take a few days off to heal.
Weight is awesome though, cracked 270 again.
