Body Tightening Up

Today was a day I needed to hit the gym.  I felt like my body is tightening up and I was beginning to lose the progress I was making.  Luckily, I did hit the gym and loosened up. 

At first I was uncomfortable because I was still tired from the two long runs this weekend, but after my warm up run, I was feeling good.

Not to worried about my weight, I did have a shake that was probably weiging me down.
