Changing my schedule

Its kind of tough to get in 3 morning workouts especially if you have to catch a bus.

Today I did get in a good workout and burned more than 1000 calories in the gym, but I do feel like I am missing out on waking up early for a run.

I do have to say it is pretty scary to run outside today, its cold and wet, and I need to avoid getting injured or sick.  When I was walking home there was thunder and lightening as well as hail on the ground.
