Pretty Good Workout Today

Wow, I felt good in the gym today, I did not expect to run the time I run.

I think the secret to speed is warming up slowly.  The two times I felt good running and had a good max time in recent memory was this strategy of building up speed.

Not sure if that will work for the marathon.

Also I am surprised at my weight.  It is not bad at all.
