I felt fast today, even though I felt bloated. I ran a four plus at a really really good pace.

This bodes well. I will start to empty my stomach (by not eating heavy) starting Monday next week. I will come up with a schedule similar to last year.
My weight isn’t so bad. The 250 monster can’t be killed before the Marathon, but I may be able to before I go to the Philippines
