End of Spring

Today is the last day of spring.

Finally.

It felt like forever for summer to come.  Still does not feel like it.

The sad part is that it will start to get darker.  Kind of a bummer but I do like running late like I did today.  I just ran a lap and walked a lap.  That was all a could squeeze in so late in the day.  I been really busy.

Now I follow last years diet schedule for race week

Tuesday
Breakfast – BPJ Sandwich, Fruit, Yogurt
Lunch – Subway Sandwich
Dinner – Chicken

Wednesday
Breakfast – Oatmeal. Cold Cereal, Fruit, Yogurt
Lunch – Subway Sandwich
Dinner – Pasta + Salad.

Thursday
Breakfast – Big Breakfast McDonalds
Lunch – Leftover Pasta
Dinner – Veggie Burger

Friday
Breakfast – Cereal, Peaches
Lunch – Ramen Noodles, w/ meat and Small Sandwich.
Dinner – Fish (light, little rice)

Saturday Race Day
Toast w/ water
