The JBODs I have been building uses smaller 40mm fans. I am going to see if a 120mm fan or two 80mm will do the trick.
Ordered a converter for a 12V fan to see if it will work. So far this is Frankenstein cover is what I made.
I did it by using the editor to cut a hole in the back and virtually attaching a base.
I am not only going to compare volume, but cooling as well. Currently everything is below 40C degrees and I will consider it success if it stays that way.
